Japan Southeast Asia Innovation Platform (JSIP), an Evolving Community for Innovators which aims to bridge the SEA innovation ecosystem and Japan, will host its 2nd reverse pitch event and networking drink on 13th Sep (Wed) 2023.

In the pitch, leading Japanese corporates will share their open innovation/investment strategies and collaboration opportunities and we will openly invite SEA based startups and tech companies who wish to collaborate and partner with them.

The pitch event will be followed by a networking drink where we will invite a wide range of senior corporate executives, local/Japanese venture capitalists and local startup founders.

    • (1) Industrial Parks - Transforming traditional industrial park to a data-driven, service-oriented industrial park, by providing services to both tenant (B2B) and their workers (B2C), also leveraging surrounding integrated development.
    • (2) Auto Finance - Staying Ahead with Business Model Innovation, Industrial Partnerships and Tech Solutions

• Rewards: Startups who later enter into actual PoCs/partnerships with the Presenters via this program will be entitled to apply for up to $100,000 equivalent reward of AWS Activate credits provided by AWS based on its partnership with JSIP.

• Remarks:

  • The program is free of charge for startups/tech companies/investors.

  • If you’re a startup, you’re expected to have a commercialised product and/or at least one institutional fundraising round. It would be most fruitful if you have a plan to enter the Japanese market or a concrete view to partner with Japanese corporates

  • JSIP will connect startups/tech companies to the Presenters after the event (upon request) and they may submit their proposals or request separate meetings.
