2007年4月、サイバーエージェント入社。学生時代から、インフルエンサーマーケティングをおこなう子会社CyberBuzzの立ち上げに参画。その後、サイバーエージェントグループのゲーム事業に関わり、子会社CyberXにてマネジメント業務に従事。2011年6月よりサイバーエージェント・ベンチャーズ（現：サイバーエージェント・キャピタル）へ入社し、日本におけるベンチャーキャピタリスト業務を経て、同年10月よりインドネシア事務所代表に就任するとともに、東南アジアにおける投資事業全般を管轄。東南アジアを代表するユニコーン企業Tokopedia(インドネシア）への投資など、多数の経営支援を実施。2018年9月末に同社を退職し、株式会社ジェネシア・ベンチャーズに参画。

CS has 18 years of experience working with startups of various stages in Singapore, Southeast Asia, Europe and US through industry promotion and investment roles. She is well versed in early-stage investment transactions and post investment work required to help these startups scale up within their own market and across Southeast Asia. Chieh Suang is currently the VC & PE practice lead for Asia at Oracle NetSuite, with focus on partnership with VC and PE partnership.

商社勤務のキャリアを通して事業開発を担い、クロスボーダープロジェクトでは投資実行を含めシリコンバレー、イスラエル、台湾をはじめとする海外スタートアップの日本・アジアにおける事業立上げ、Exit支援を経験。海外駐在にて拠点マネジメントとローカル事業の拡大経験を経た後、創業者直轄の新規事業開発部署にて新規領域の事業立上げを経験。 CVCを活用した国内外のデジタルTech系スタートアップへ投資実行を行い投資先の管理業務を行いながら事業開発に従事。 2019年よりNEOLIZEを立上げ。ASEANスタートアップ数社の株主でもあり、マレーシアのスタートアップエコシステム企業の一社として幅広いネットワークを有する。あいち・なごやの海外アクセラレーションプログラム (2020-2022)のメンターや、東京都/横浜市等の国内外スタートアップアクセラレータープログラム(2023-現在)のメンターを歴任。これまで30ヶ国以上の人々と仕事をし55カ国の渡航歴を持つ。現在クアラルンプール在住。

With more than 15 years of experience in international business development, policy, and strategy, he previously led Google's trade policy in the Asia Pacific region. He managed the public policy team in India, and prior to Google, led business development and strategy initiatives at the Tata Group, where he also served as Chief of Staff to former Group President Tata Sons. As a board member of The Population Reference Bureau, he has chaired committees and held a number of prestigious positions, including International Strategy Fellow at Schmidt Futures and the David Rockefeller Fellowship of the Tri-Lateral Commission. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the International Strategy Committee of Schmidt Futures.

ベトナム・ホーチミン在住。建築業界向けのSaasを提供する日系スタートアップANDPADのベトナム拠点COOとして主にプロダクトの海外展開を担当。前職では、KDDIと住友商事のシンガポール子会社FunCreateのCEOとして東南アジアでのエンタメ事業の立ち上げに従事。コンサルティング会社での経営・事業改革プロジェクト経験、その後のDeNAやバンダイナムコスタジオ等での10年近い東南アジアでの事業立ち上げ経験などから、海外での新規事業開発＆事業グロース、それに伴う組織立ち上げなどが主なスコープ。

Raymond Choong is Venture Partner at Focus Tech Ventures, an entrepreneur-led startup accelerator that combines private investment, active mentoring, and advisory support to help capital-efficient startups transform venture ideas into fundable, profitable companies. He leads investment, financial, operational, and go-to-market initiatives across multiple sectors, with a focus on digital infrastructure, cloud-native, and AI transformation for enterprises, startups, and VC funds. With close to 30 years of experience in finance and operations, he has held senior roles at Ooredoo Group, a Qatar Investment Authority-linked company, and Singapore Technologies Telemedia, a Temasek-linked company. He has also served as a director and advisor to numerous early-stage technology startups, and remains active as both an angel/LP investor and mentor to early- and middle-stage high-tech companies.

2008年からシンガポール政府省庁IE Singapore でSenior Market Officer および、在京シンガポール共和国大使館商務部で商務官を兼務し、多くのシンガポール企業の日本への投資を支援してきました。その経験をいかし、2011年からはシンガポールにインキュベーションオフィスCROSSCOOP SINGAPOREを設立して、数多くの日本企業のシンガポールでのスタートアップを支援してきました。同時にシンガポール進出支援や新業態開発をプロデュースするNIHON ASSIST SINGAPORE代表として、飲食、小売りを中心とした店舗系ビジネスの新規事業開発、ならびに海外への販路開拓などを通して、日本の地方自治体の地域経済活性化も支援しています。現在はSG BUSINESS INVESTMENTS 代表として、シンガポールにレストランAt Twentyを経営する他、シンガポールを拠点に新しいビジネスを立ち上げ、多数の企業の経営と資本に参画しています。

In his capacity at the Public Sector Startups Asia Pacific & Japan team at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Tuan engages with startups, investors and partners in sectors such as healthcare, smart cities, sustainability, agriculture, digital government, space technology, etc. to help such companies scale through technology mentorship, community networks, and go-to-market support. Tuan is passionate about science and technology innovation for economic and social good. Prior to AWS, Tuan spearheaded various programs, such as an Open Innovation initiative that catalyzes corporate-startup collaborations across Asia, and the Deep Tech for Good platform showcasing startup solutions that contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

2006年リクルート入社。2010年より中国へ出向。上海に赴任。中国での事業拡大に伴い3拠点（蘇州・天津・大連）の設立、立ち上げに従事。後にベトナムに赴任し、同社タイ法人を兼務し新規設立。14年に退職後、人材紹介会社Reeracoen Malaysiaを設立・クアラルンプールに赴任。18年にグループの代表に就任。20年にはアジア17拠点に展開し、新規設立から撤退まで人材事業のみならず各国での会社経営に関わる。13年間アジアの人材マーケットに関わり、人材紹介、クロスボーダーリクルートメント、エキスパートソリューションズ、HRテック事業を展開。

Thomas Jeng is the Global Head of Startups at Aspire, a leading fintech company providing financial solutions to startups and investment firms across Asia-Pacific. Previously, he held leadership roles at 500 Startups and Gnowbe, and began his career in strategy consulting at Boston Consulting Group and Gartner. Thomas is also active as a mentor and advisor to founders worldwide. He holds degrees from Georgetown University and the Yale School of Management.

NRIでマーケティングリサーチやテキストマイニングのプロジェクトにてデータ分析のプロジェクトを経験、Dun&Bradstreetでソリューション営業の経験をした後、2010年のシンガポール移住以降は、事業開発と営業サイドにもサポート範囲を拡充。Panasonic Device（Singapore）では、リチウムイオン電池の新規用途・市場向けの事業開発プロジェクトにて主にインドネシア、オーストラリア、中東市場での現地政府・大手企業向けの活動に最前線で関わり、その後は、自らの会社を立ち上げ、シンガポールとタイにてテキストマイニングのSaaSソフトウェア、企業向けAIソリューション、M&Aプラットフォームなどの事業開発に広く関与。B2Bの事業開発の戦術実行レベルへの関与を主なスコープとしつつ、戦略や組織作りにも関わり、事業成長や社会貢献のために尽力するのがモットー。

2007年JAC Recruitment入社。2012＆2013年の年間MVP受賞、2013年より日本人部門のマネージャーにて20名ほど部下を率いる。2018年より営業マーケMGRとして各企業の社長、意思決定者向けに、国籍問わず採用周りの人事関連の課題解決サービス・情報などを提供。2021年4月から、シンガポールｘ ビジネスを軸とした個人向けコミュニティ、200名を超える会員を有するシンガポール和僑会会長に就任。シンガポールでビジネスをする人、興味のある人たちをつなぐネットワークのプラットフォームを提供。 またプロフォトグラファーとしても活躍しており、専門はスポーツフォト。小学校からのF1好きが高じて、速いマシンが撮りたくなり本格的に写真を始める。現在はアルビレックス新潟シンガポールのオフィシャルフォトグラファー、シンガポールの日系フリーペーパー、『JPlus』の表紙写真を毎月提供、4月からはコワーキングスペースOne & Coのオフィシャルフォトグラファーにも就任と活躍の場を広げている。
